Our client tasked us with creating a second formal living room while expanding the family bathroom and children’s bedrooms. Due to restricted access at the rear of the property, we proposed a principal elevation extension, which not only maximized the available space but also allowed for an aesthetic remodel of the main façade — a secondary request from our clients. The result is a cohesive design that enhances both the functionality and visual appeal of the home.
