We are a member of Elmhurst Energy’s OCDEA team for energy assessments and U-value calculations to ensure residential properties and new builds meet current building regulations and sustainability standards. This includes analysing the building’s fabric, calculating heat loss, and assessing energy performance, with particular attention to thermal bridging and its impact on overall efficiency. Our approach helps clients understand how design choices influence energy use, allowing for informed decisions that improve comfort and reduce running costs.

We also carry out bespoke PSI (Ψ) calculations to accurately evaluate heat transfer at junctions and critical points, providing tailored solutions that optimise building performance. By combining precise technical analysis with practical design advice, we ensure each project not only complies with regulations but also achieves long-term energy efficiency and sustainability goals.
