Contract Administrator


Our practice provides comprehensive contract administration services in accordance with the JCT contracts. Acting as the Contract Administrator, we manage the project from post-tender through to completion, ensuring that all contractual obligations are properly administered and that the works are executed in line with the terms of the contract.

We oversee the tender process, preparing and issuing tender documentation, evaluating submissions, and assisting the client in appointing a suitable contractor. Once appointed, we administer the contract by issuing instructions, certifying payments, assessing variations, and monitoring progress against the agreed programme and quality standards.

Throughout the project, we act as the impartial intermediary between the client and the contractor, ensuring clear communication, fair implementation of the contract, and compliance with statutory and contractual requirements. Our structured approach ensures that projects are delivered efficiently, transparently, and in accordance with the JCT conditions of contract.
