We were engaged in this project from its earliest stages, beginning with a series of feasibility studies across several existing properties. The objective was to determine whether to significantly transform or replace the current structure in order to create the client’s ideal home. The process required navigating planning considerations for neighbouring properties as well as addressing the presence of an underground river, which involved extensive consultations with the Environment Agency. This project stands as a strong example of collaborative teamwork from the very start.
