Our clients came to us with a home that wasn’t quite working for them — an overheated conservatory and a first floor that felt out of balance with the ground floor. We began by carefully removing the conservatory, retaining the existing floor, and introducing fully insulated walls and a new roof, all without the need for a complete rebuild. To create more harmony, we extended over the double garage to form a generous new master suite, while reconfiguring the remaining bedrooms and bathroom to bring balance and flow back into the house. The result is a home that feels both functional and beautifully proportioned.
