This home presented a layout challenge, with access to the dining and kitchen areas only possible by passing through the lounge. Our clients asked whether we could create a more practical flow, while also reconfiguring the master bedroom and adding an ensuite. We completely redesigned the entrance to the property, preserving the existing formal lounge, and introduced a utility room, downstairs WC, and a spacious kitchen-diner. Above the new extension, we delivered a luxurious ensuite complete with built-in wardrobe space, creating a home that is both functional and beautifully tailored to our clients’ lifestyle.
